Board Meetings The Board of Directors convenes at their discretion to discuss community matters and ensure the continued excellence of our neighborhood. Association Financial Information Each unit owner is responsible for quarterly maintenance assessments, due on the 1st of January, April, July, and October. Payments received after the 15th of the month may incur a late fee.
Community Guidelines & Restrictions For full details, please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules & Regulations. Below are a few key community guidelines:
A maximum of two (2) household cats and/or dogs per unit is permitted, with a weight limit of fifty (50) pounds at maturity. All household pets must be registered with the Association. Birds and fish are permitted indoors, provided they do not create a disturbance to neighbors.
Units may be leased for a minimum of ninety (90) days, with a maximum of two (2) lease terms allowed per 365-day period. Purchase & Lease Applications A completed application and certificate of approval are required for all purchases and leases within the community. Please download the Purchase/Lease Application package using the link provided.
Gate Access & Amenities Replacement entrance gate clickers and pool keys are available for $50 each. To request a replacement, please email the property manager. Pick-up is available at the front desk of the main Southern Shores Management office.
Architectural Modifications All interior modifications to units require prior approval from the Architectural Control Committee.
