Crystal Key is located In Boynton Beach.The Community has 83 Homes
REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETINGS:
Meetings of the Board of Directors are usually held quarterly. Meeting notices are posted at the of
the community.
FINANCIAL INFORMATION:
Each home is responsible for the MONTHLY maintenance to the association by the 1st of each month.
Payments are considered late by the 30th of the month and a $25.00 late fee will be applied. You
may pay your HOA fee online here.
COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS:
Each owner/occupant is required to apply for residency and be approved by the Association prior to
occupying a unit. This process may be completed by submitting the Annlication for OccunancY.. Units
will not be permitted to be rented if the requirements for leasing are not met with the
Association. Please contact the office prior to submitting an application for verification of a
prospective unit.Units rented illegally: will be sent to the attorney for eviction and Owner will
be fined.
Vehicles: No street parking is permitted for any vehicle. Boats/trailers and campers are NOT
allowed Please see complete Rules and Regulations attached to the Application for Lease/Sale.
Signs: No signs are permitted to be placed on any unit.
ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES:All Architectural Changes to the exterior of any unit must be submitted and
approved prior to comencement. This includes front and rear yard alterations.
Southern Shores Managment is not the operator of the payment website and will not be held liable
for any mispayment or misapplication of a payment due to incorrect information being entered by the
payee.
