REGULAR SCHEDULES MEETINGS: Meetings of the Board of Directors are usually held on the 4th Monday of each month. Meeting notices are posted at the main street prior. Commitee meetings are held throughout the year.
FINANCIAL INFORMATION: Each home/townhome is responsible for the monthly maintenance to the association by the first of each month. payments are considered late by the 10th of the month and a $25.00 fee will be applied. You may pay your Condo fee online here. Manor Forest Condos are required to pay an additional fee to Manor Forest HOA.
COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS: Each owner/occupant is required to apply for residency and be approved by the Association prior to occupying a unit. Units will not be permitted to be rented if the requirements for leasing are not met with the Association.
