FINANCIAL INFORMATION: Each home/townhome is responsible for the monthly maintenance to the association by the first of each month. payments are considered late by the 15th of the month and a $25.00 fee will be applied. Southern Shores Management does not handle the accounting for Manor Forest HOA, please contact CAMS Plus at 561-682-9393 to speak to a representative about your account.
COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS: Each owner/occupant is required to apply for residency and be approved by the Association prior to occupying a unit. The Units will not be permitted to be rented if the requirements for leasing are not met with the Association. Please contact the office prior to submitting an application for verification of a prospective unit. Units rented without Board approval will be sent to the attorney: for eviction and Owner will be fined.
Pet Restrictions: Two Pets per unit. Weight restriction of 25lbs full grown and height no more than 20". You are required to submit photos of all pets on your application along with Veternarian Certificates and Palm Beach County Valid Rabies License.
Vehicles: No pick up trucks are permitted. No street parking is permitted for any vehicle. Commercial Vehicles are not permitted to be parked overnight unless in enclosed garage. Vehicles in violation will be and can be towed from each private property area. No Boats or trailers permitted onto property. ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES:
All Architectural Changes to the exterior of any unit must be submitted and approved prior to commencement. This included front and rear yard alterations. The Architectural Request form is obtained by email at ARC@ssminc.net This must be hand delivered or sent certified mail to the Management Office. Requests are processed with in 30 days.
AMENITY RENTAL: We have a Clubhouse located in the recreation area. If you desire to use this space for parties or gatherings, you are required to reserve and rent this space out.
