Roseview Garden Condominium is located in Boynton Beach. The Community has 31 condominium
units.
REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETINGS:
Meetings of the Board of Directors are usually held yearly. Meeting notices are posted at the clubhouse in the community.
FINANCIAL INFORMATION:
Each Condo is responsible for the MONTHLY maintenance to the association by the 1st of each month.
Payments are considered late by the 15th of the month and a $25.00 late fee will be applied.
COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS:
No Rentals are permitted for the first Year of ownership.
Each owner/occupant is required to apply for residency and be approved by the Association prior to
occupying a unit.
Units will not be permitted to be rented if the requirements for leasing are not met with the Association. Please contact the office prior to submitting an application for verification of a prospective unit.
Signs: No signs are permitted to be placed on any unit.
