FINANCIAL INFORMATION: Each home is responsible for the Monthly maintenance to the association by the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late by the 15th of each month and a $25.00 late fee will be applied. You may pay your HOA fee online here.
COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS: Each owner/occupant is required to apply for residency and be approved by the Association prior to occupying a unit. Units will not be permitted to be Sold/Rented if the requirements for purchasin/leasing are not met with the Association. Please contact the office prior to submitting an application for verification of a prospective unit.
Vehicles: No street parking is permitted for any vehicle. Boats/trailers and campers are not allowed
Signs: No signs are permitted to be placed on any unit.
ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES: All Architectural Changes to the exterior of any unit must be submitted and approved prior to comencement. This included front and rear yard alterations.
