Snug Harbor Gardens is a 55+ community consisting of 194 residences of mixed housing with one and two bedroom condominiums and villas. It is situated on the Intracoastal Waterway in Boynton Beach, Florida.
The clubhouse and pool are directly on the waterway and provide beautiful natural views that include fishing, boating, seabirds and morning sunrises.
Our community is within a short walk to many resources including more than a dozen resturants and bars, grocery stores, pharmacy, gift shops, gym, post office, liquor stores, gas stations/convenient stores, walk-in medical clinic, medical offices, hair salons, local library and civic center.
The Boynton Beach Senior Center is located across the street. In addition, the ocean and beach are just a short walk or bike ride over the intracoastal bridge to Ocean Ridge.
This area provides bicycle racks - but not parking. There are two other public beaches within 1/2 mile - one of which provides free parking. Both of these facilities have public restrooms, showers, playgrounds, picnic tables and grills.
Monthly condo fees include water, trash, cable, internet.
Snug Harbor does not allow yearly rentals. Leases may only be for a period between 3-7 months. All residents are required to be approved PRIOR to occupancy.
