REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETINGS: Meetings of the Board of Directors are usually held quarterly. Please reach out to Management for meeting dates.
COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS: Each owner/occupant is required to apply for residency and be approved by the Association prior to occupying a unit. This process may be completed by submitting the "Application for Occupancy". Units will not be permitted to be rented if the requirements for leasing are not met with the Association.Units may not be leased for the first two years of ownership. Please contact the office prior to submitting an application for verification of a prospective unit.Units rented illegally will be sent to the attorney for eviction and Owner will be fined.
VEHICLES: No commercial vehicle parking is permitted for any vehicle. Boats/trailers and campers are not allowed Please see complete Rules and Regulations attached to the Application for Lease/Sale. Signs: No signs are permitted to be placed on any unit.
ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES: All Architectural Changes to the exterior of any unit must be submitted and approved prior to comencement. This included front and rear yard alterations. The Architectural Request form is located below. This must be hand delivered or sent certified mail to the Management Office.Requests are processed with in 30 days.
